I loved this book. The book is about Penny who gets caught up in the middle of a plan. Ty is desperate due to his best friend James being locked in prison on a death sentence and Ty needs to draw the immediate attention to Penny's father who is in politics to get help. She is kidnapped, only his eye-catching dragon tattoo and piercing blue eyes sends her luring for him.
